Join us this August for Havdalah fun in Beacon Hill!

After a great summer in the city, we’re going to end the season with some fun! Havdalah is a great way to engage your little ones with Jewish traditions. For many children, Havdalah is an especially fun part of the week as it is full of sights, sounds and smells that engage all the senses. It’s a ritual that can grow and change with your children, becoming more elaborate and unique as the years go by.

So come to the Vilna Shul and learn all about Havdalah and how you can make the ritual all your own! Meet other young families and join us for a brief service and nosh. We’ll then have interactive singing and guitar from Nick Burka, make ice cream sundaes and put our energy to good use at the Phillips Street play area right across the street.

$5 validated parking is available across the street from the Shul at the Charles River Parking Garage underground next to the Au Bon Pain on Cambridge Street. (You can find detailed directions on our website.) Please validate your green parking ticket when you arrive. The Shul is also easily reached on the MBTA. Take the Red Line to Charles/MGH.

Programs at the Vilna Shul are open to participants of all backgrounds. Interfaith families are always welcome.
