Join us at KI for a concert featuring a trio helmed by internationally renowned Israeli musician and composer Yogev Shetrit. Shetrit’s original compositions elegantly fuse traditional North African music, Gnawa, and Andalusian music from his Moroccan Jewish heritage, along with contemporary jazz and Mediterranean music. He is accompanied by Israeli pianist and composer Moshe Elmakias and Israeli bass player and song writer Noam Tanzer.

Yogev Shetrit is a composer and drummer who has performed with notable artists, including Chuchito Valdez, Tia Fuller, Arnie Lawrence, Paulo Morello and Kevin Mahogany. He created his trio in 2016 and recorded his first studio album, “New Path,” with them. Since then, the Yogev Shetrit Trio has performed in over 30 countries, at some of the largest festivals and venues worldwide, including The Kennedy Center in D.C., Casa Del Jazz in Rome, the International Panama Jazz Festival and more.

Doors open at 7. Concert begins at 7:30.

All seating except front row is unassigned.
