Join Kerem Shalom of Concord members Nancy Kaplan and George Peabody for our ninth annual “Love Song, Folk Song, Sing-Along Shabbat”!

Nancy and George will also explore alternative liturgical melodies from contemporary Jewish sources. They will share songs immortalized by James Taylor, Karla Bonoff, Tom Paxton, Louie Armstrong, Sam Cooke, Bob Franke, Nefesh Mountain, traditional ballads and more, and prayer melodies and chants by Rabbi David Shneyer, Ellen Allard, Kyra Goldman and others, including their own. Song sheets will be provided.

After Kiddush and Motzi, please stay for sweet refreshments, challah and conversation at our oneg.
